Ms. Davis’s career highlights include a background as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a successful mergers and acquisitions corporation; as Vice President of Benefit Plans and Trustee of 401(k) Administration; and more.

With more than twenty years’ experience as a senior level executive, Ms. Davis has mentored, led, and advised professionals in all fields — including HR, executives, and boards of directors.

Ms. Davis has been responsible for global human resources operations in direct partnership with senior officers, to achieve management and corporate goals. Her innovative approach supports attracting and retaining the highest quality talent.

In addition, her penchant for driving major and complex organizational change initiatives has led her to numerous achievements, including:

  • Championing best practices for Human Resources due diligence activities — from comprehensive human capital costing and analysis, to company valuation and forecasting
  • Developing an Employee Equity and Options Plan for a $400 million private equity fund
  • Designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs for multiple national and international operations
  • Successfully negotiating numerous complex purchase agreements in sensitive mergers and acquisitions
